My name is Deborah Vara and I specialize in trauma and anxiety therapy. Additional services I offer are relationship issues, self-esteem, chronic illness, depression, stress, thinking disorders, mood disorders and career isssues/change. I am a licensed professional counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I became a therapist after 16 years in government contracting. I always had a passion to help people and I decided to make a career change later in life. Populations I serve are teens, young adults, adults, couples.
